About
Hi, my name’s Teddy and I’m a comedian and writer based in Glasgow, Scotland.BEFORE YOU GO ANY FURTHER: Please can you download & subscribe to the latest podcast from Scottish Comedy FC? It’s hosted by me so you’ll get to hear my dulcet tones. Click here for more info.
If you want a quick run through of who I am and what I’ve done…
I’ve been gigging across Scotland regularly since 1998 at clubs including The Stand Comedy Clubs in Edinburgh & Glasgow, and more occasionally in England at clubs including Manchester’s Frog & Bucket and XS Malarkey.
I’ve written for various TV & Radio shows on BBC1 Scotland, Channel 4, BBC Radio Five, and BBC Radio Scotland. I’ve also been allowed to babble for varying amounts of time on BBC Radio Five, BBC Radio Scotland, and Real Radio. If you want to know exactly what I’ve done and on which shows then click on my CV page.
Ever achieved anything of note? Well, I’ve made the Scottish Comedian of the Year Finals in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010. I was runner-up in 2008 & 2009. In 2010 I managed to kick the losing habit to be named ‘Best Up and Coming Comedian’ at the Scottish Variety Awards, and also went on to appear on ITV4′s FHM Stand-Up Hero in the same year.

Below are some assorted pics of my comedic adventures over the years (except for the one of me with Sasa Papac. That’s just there because…well just because I met Sasa Papac and was chuffed to do so!)
